C & P Glassworks is owned by stained glass artist Craig Pearson. Craig started his journey in stained glass in 1975, when he became an apprentice under the guidance of renowned stained glass artist Richard Marks. Craig worked for Richard for three and a half years.
Various projects that Craig was involved in included:
- Repair of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Hamtramck, MI,
- Repair of windows in St. Mary’s Church in Adrian,
- Repair of windows of St. Peter & Paul Jesuit Church in downtown Detroit,
- Rebuilding the windows of the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Tecumseh.
After leaving the Richard Marks Studios, Craig continued in stained glass as a hobby, helping those who were looking for something special for their homes, specifically lamps.
Craig designed and created the stained glass world map for the Berean Baptist Church in Adrian, MI., kitchen cabinet windows for a home in Grass Lake, MI, a lamp for a family in Berkley, MI., and a window for a home in Tipton, MI.
